Payments & Orders
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and an accelerated checkout through Shop Pay.
Do you offer gift cards?
Gifts are a great way for someone to pick out exactly what they want. We have a variety of e-gift card designs and options to choose from here.
How do I change or cancel my order?
If, for some reason you need to change or cancel your order, we kindly ask that you email us at hey@reytoz.com as soon as possible with your order number and we’ll do our best to help you.
My order has arrived damaged, what should I do?
We’re on a mission to provide the highest quality of customer service to you and sincerely apologize for any problems you may be experiencing with your order. Please thoroughly check your items upon receiving them. If they are defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please reach out to us immediately at hey@reytoz.com so we can make things right.
Shipping & Returns
How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer free shipping for all domestic orders over $50. For orders under $50, your shipping total will be calculated at checkout. Expedited shipping rates may vary and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! At this time, we are able to ship to Canada via USPS First Class International shipping. (Currently, Canada is the only international destination where we are able to offer shipping.)
How do I know if my order has shipped?
You’ll receive a notification via email once your order has shipped along with your tracking information. If for some reason, you don’t see a shipment confirmation email after several days, be sure to check your spam box first.

How fast will my order ship?
Orders ship within 2-5 business days, though high-volume periods may cause slight delays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info.
Custom embroidery takes 1-3 weeks to produce and then will be shipped (even when expedited shipping is selected). All custom orders are final sale. If your order includes both custom and non-custom items, everything will ship together once it’s ready.

My tracking details say my order has been delivered, but I haven’t received anything. What should I do?

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. However, it is our goal to make sure you get exactly what you want, every time. If you have any questions or concerns about an order, please email us at hey@reytoz.com.
Apparel Details & Care
Are all of your hats washable?
Yes! All of our original cotton baseball hat styles are machine washable. Just place them in a delicates bag on a gentle cycle, and hang to air dry.
Foam Trucker and Snapback style hats: hand wash cold, and lay flat to dry.
Beanies, Gloves and Mittens: hand wash cold, do not bleach and lay flat to dry.
Are your hats adjustable?
Yes, all Rey to Z hats are adjustable. Our original baseball hats have a metal buckle in the back of the hat. Our Snapback and Foam Trucker Hats have a snapback closure and our Athletic Hats have a velcro back closure making it easy to adjust to your liking.
What are the measurements of each hat?

How does Beanie sizing run?
Our beanies run true to the age range noted for each size, and we do not recommend sizing up. For more accurate sizing information, please refer to our Size Guide.

Custom Embroidery
How much does the customization on the back of the hat cost?
Customized text on our hats costs an additional $16 per hat.
How many letters can you fit for the customized text?
We can fit up to 10 characters on our classic Baseball Hats. Choose any combination of alphabet letters, numbers, and punctuation marks. Kindly note that all embroidery is upper case. If you need more than 10 characters on your hat, feel free to email us at hey@reytoz.com and we can help you with your order.
Is the letter a patch or is it embroidered?
The letter is a patch that is stitched on the hats, and embroidered on the beanies & pom poms.
How long does it take for a customized order to ship?
Customized items require additional time to produce. Please allow 1-3 weeks until ready to ship (even when expedited shipping is selected). Please note that if an order includes both customized and non-customized items, the full order will ship once the customized items are ready.
