What is your return policy?

All sales are final, however if you have any questions or concerns, please email us at hello@reytoz.com.  We want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order!

How fast will my order ship?
Most orders ship out of our Chicago warehouse within 1-3 business days of purchase via USPS.  However, the shipment time may be extended during high volume shopping times, and if there is any delay, you will receive an email shortly after placing your order. After your order ships, customer will be sent a tracking number via email.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only are able to ship within the US.

Are your hats adjustable?
Yes, all hats are adjustable.  The 18M-4Y, 5Y-10Y, and Adult hats have a buckle in the back of the hat that can be adjusted larger and smaller. The Baby hats have an elastic back in the back to accommodate growing head size. 

What are the approximate inches of each hat size?
All the hats adjust 1-2 inches smaller and bigger.  The inches listed below are the average size of the hat before it is adjusted. 
Baby Hat - 19 inches
18M-4Y - 21 inches
5Y-10Y - 25 inches

Do you make custom hats?
Yes – we have a wide variety of colors available, and are happy to respond to all inquires regarding colors that we are not currently offering.  At this time, we only offer hats with white letter patches, and can only accommodate one letter per hat.
