What is your return policy?

All sales are final, however if you have any questions or concerns, please email us at hello@reytoz.com. We want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order!

How fast will my order ship?

Most orders ship out of our Chicago warehouse within 1-3 business days of purchase via USPS. However, the shipment time may be extended during high volume shopping times, and if there is any delay, you will receive an email shortly after placing your order. After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Where do you ship?

At this time, we ship within the US and to Canada.

Are your hats adjustable?

Yes, all hats are adjustable and have a buckle in the back of the hat that can be adjusted larger and smaller.

What are the approximate inches of each hat size?

All the hats adjust 1-2 inches smaller and bigger. The inches listed below are the average size of the hat before it is adjusted.

Baby Hat - 19 inches (metal buckle)

1Y-4Y - 21 inches (metal buckle)

5Y-10Y - 25 inches (metal buckle)

Adult - 25 inches (metal buckle)

Do you make custom hats?

Yes – we have a wide variety of colors available, and will happily respond to all inquires regarding colors that we are not currently offering online. At this time, we only offer hats with white letter patches, and can only accommodate one letter per hat. Please email us at hello@reytoz.com with any questions.

Personalization FAQs

Personalization is $12 per hat.

All personalized items are final sale and not eligible for returns. Personalized items require additional time to produce, and will ship out within 14 business days (even when expedited shipping is selected). If an order includes personalized and non-personalized items, the full order will ship once the personalized items are ready.
