Excellent product and customer service
I ordered three hats, Grandpa, Boy Mom, and an initial, for Christmas gifts this year for matching hunter green hats for a grandpa, mom, and toddler son. The order did not ship as quickly as indicated in the order acknowledgement email. I emailed Customer Service to inquire about the shipping status, and Jennifer got back to me the same day with an update. One of the items had to be made custom as it was not in stock and it was delaying the order. I expressed concern about receiving the order in time for my family Christmas get together. They offered in-stock options if I wanted to select a different color for the initial hat and also confirmed when the order would go out if I chose to wait. I really appreciated having the options and all information to make an informed decision. I chose to wait as I wanted to gift matching hats. The hats arrived in plenty of time and look great. I highly recommend the hats due to the product quality and my customer service experience.
