Baseball Hats - All Rey to Z hats are machine washable. We recommend placing them in a delicates bag on a gentle cycle, and hanging to air dry.
Beanies, Gloves & Mittens - Hand wash beanies cold, do not bleach, and lay flat to dry.
Sweatshirts - Machine wash & tumble dry on low

Customized and made-to-order items require additional time to produce. Because these items are made just for you, they are final sale and not eligible for returns.
For orders that include custom embroidery and/or beanies, please allow 2-3 weeks until ready to ship.
For orders that include made-to-order products (Terry Patches & Numbers) please allow 4-7 business days until ready to ship.

Excellent quality, great fit, will last a long time. I’d say these run a bit larger because my daughters are both 6, and they wear the toddler size hats with room to spare. They’re adjustable which will also extend the life of the hats for us.
