Here comes Peter Cottontail, and boy are we happy to see him! Spring has sprung! Well, not exactly...Chicago is expecting snow this week, but hey, we are definitely getting closer. Like most holidays over the past year, Easter may not look quite like we were hoping, but there is one thing we can count on - Easter Baskets! Did you know, over 16 billion jelly beans are made in the U.S. each year for Easter? That’s enough to fill a giant egg measuring 89 feet high and 60 feet wide! We didn’t, but we are more than happy to be a part of that 16 billion. Here are some of our favorite treats for Easter (and/or Passover if you’re interfaith like us).
