Beanies & Sweatshirts - Please use the age and measurements from this sizing chart to select the best fit.
Baseball Hats - All Rey to Z hats are machine washable. We recommend placing them in a delicates bag on a gentle cycle, and hanging to air dry.
Beanies, Gloves & Mittens - Hand wash beanies cold, do not bleach, and lay flat to dry.
Sweatshirts - Machine wash & tumble dry on low

Customized and made-to-order items require additional time to produce. Because these items are made just for you, they are final sale and not eligible for returns.

Not sure, still haven't received my order! Placed it July 14th 2024, it's now August 7th, 2024, 3 weeks later still not received, Company asking me to submit a review on something that hasn't been received. About ready to dispute the order with my credit card company.
