Baseball Hats - All Rey to Z hats are machine washable. We recommend placing them in a delicates bag on a gentle cycle, and hanging to air dry.
Beanies, Gloves & Mittens - Hand wash beanies cold, do not bleach, and lay flat to dry.
Sweatshirts - Machine wash & tumble dry on low

Customized and made-to-order items require additional time to produce. Because these items are made just for you, they are final sale and not eligible for returns.
For orders that include custom embroidery and/or beanies, please allow 2-3 weeks until ready to ship.
For orders that include made-to-order products (Terry Patches & Numbers) please allow 4-7 business days until ready to ship.
Please note that if an order includes both customized and non-customized items, the full order will ship once the customized items are ready.

Sweatshirt is great and the embroidery is adorable. Didn't have the smaller size I was looking for, but sized up to a kids 6, and it looks adorable with cuffed sleeves and the baggy look. Great customer service--I actually accidentally ordered it without selecting the embroidered letter and they reached out & saved me.😅 The sweatshirt isn't as heavy or thick as I thought it would be, but I actually like it that way. The fig color is really nice too.
