Baby Baseball Hats, Toddler Baseball Hats, Child Baseball Hats and Adult Baseball Hats all feature a metal buckle in the back for adjusting.
Snapback Hats - feature a plastic snapback closure in the back for adjusting to find the perfect fit.
Beanies & Sweatshirts - Please use the age and measurements from this sizing chart to select the best fit.
Baseball Hats - All Rey to Z hats are machine washable. We recommend placing them in a delicates bag on a gentle cycle, and hanging to air dry.
Beanies, Gloves & Mittens - Hand wash beanies cold, do not bleach, and lay flat to dry.
Sweatshirts - Machine wash & tumble dry on low

Customized and made-to-order items require additional time to produce. Because these items are made just for you, they are final sale and not eligible for returns.
For orders that include custom embroidery and/or beanies, please allow 2-3 weeks until ready to ship.
For orders that include made-to-order products (Terry Patches & Numbers) please allow 4-7 business days until ready to ship.
Please note that if an order includes both customized and non-customized items, the full order will ship once the customized items are ready.

Ordered two custom hats — fun idea, but results were mixed in both quality and execution.
The lettering on the Big Guy hat was much smaller than expected, and the G’s look like 6s. I also assumed the text would be split onto two lines like some of their other hats, but it would’ve been nice to have the option to request a single line.
The Nonna hat turned out better—the lettering was big and clear. However, the stitching is already starting to fray a bit, so I'm not sure how well it will hold up long-term.
The other grandparent was jealous so now we have to buy more!!
